Frequently Asked Questions

  1. Why coach with Annie McGraw? What makes her unique?
The reason you choose a particular coach is a connection, an intuitive hit that provides awareness that I am the coach for you. The only way to discover that connection is through a complimentary coaching session. You will get a feel for my coaching style and together we decide if we are a “fit”. Check out other coaching styles –- just make sure I’m one of them! If you want results, if you are committed to success, if you are willing to learn, and if you are ready to take action, we need to talk. Email me!

  2. What is the value in coaching? How is this different from therapy or counseling?
Coaching is an investment in transforming your life -– it puts you back in the driver’s seat. Our work together will result in changes of every aspect of your life, because a shift in one area affects all areas. The value of coaching is learning how to choose freedom over fear.

Clients often come to coaching after therapy –- after they have addressed the wounds from the past. Coaching begins now, this present moment. There is nothing about you that needs to be fixed or saved. Rather, you will learn skills that allow you to embrace change and direct the momentum of your life.

  3. How do you learn to trust your coach?
It takes time, willingness, honesty, and open-mindedness. When you talk to me, you’ll know. In the end, I trust you to know when to trust me.

  4. Tell me about your logo.
My logo reflects a bright and colorful life, full of growth, energy and expansion –- overflowing with possibility. The spiral is often seen in Celtic designs to represent the sun, the giver of life (works for me!). Life is a work of art. You choose how you create it.   View my logo here!

“ I think she sits behind a library table all day with a huge book called "Hardest Questions in the World", and then asks me those same questions...AND wants answers! She knows I don't like to read out loud and makes me do it anyway! AND she hardly ever will just ANSWER a question! She only answers a question with 15 new questions! ”
