- What is the value in coaching? How is this different from therapy or counseling?
Coaching is an investment in transforming your life -– it puts you back in the driver’s
seat. Our work together will result in changes of every aspect of your life, because
a shift in one area affects all areas. The value of coaching is learning how to
choose freedom over fear.
Clients often come to coaching after therapy –- after they have addressed the wounds
from the past. Coaching begins now, this present moment. There is nothing about
you that needs to be fixed or saved. Rather, you will learn skills that allow you
to embrace change and direct the momentum of your life.
- How do you learn to trust your coach?
It takes time, willingness, honesty, and open-mindedness. When you talk to me, you’ll
know. In the end, I trust you to know when to trust me.
